Azmi has taken on the role of lawyer for a count named Drakula living in Romania. Drakula is a vampire descended from Vlad the Impaler and wants to buy many houses in Istanbul through Azmi. When Azmi learned that Drakula was actually a vampire, the count had already set off for Istanbul.

Cologne/Bonn Airport: Detective Inspector Mark Kleinert transfers the young Turkish man Baran Sahin, who has been arrested for illegal possession of weapons, to Istanbul. Seemingly a routine operation - until Kleinert receives a call from his lover Carla Paditz, urging him to meet her in Istanbul. When Kleinert arrives at the hotel, Carla is already dead. A asylum patient intrudes upon a house party referring to the guest of honor—Count Dracula—as "Master." Moments later he insists he does not know the Count and is led back to his cell. Dr. Van Helsing is called to consult on the case. Hypnotized, the patient recounts events in Transylvania, including an attack by Dracula's brides…

After Jonathan Harker attacks Dracula at his castle, the vampire travels to a nearby city, where he preys on the family of Harker's fiancée.
